Our tradition of excellence in service starts at the top. Fred Baker came to America from Great Britain, as part of a service team selected to work on imported cars (see About Fred Baker for more details). From the beginning, any car dealership associated with Fred Baker has stood for excellence in service. And we continue to build on that reputation every day.

For example, we are one of 12 dealers in the United States selected to participate in the PROFI program, to test and monitor new Audi products.

Fred Baker Porsche Audi is Ohio’s largest factory certified Audi service department. And while we have the very latest in diagnostic and repair technology, we have something we think is even more important — the experience that makes a difference. Our technicians know cars, so you get the benefit of state-of-the-art technology, applied by the best hands in the business.

On the Porsche side of the shop, we have a race-proven service team that has helped Fred Baker win four SCCA National Championships. We know every trick in the book on Porsche… and then some. As a Porsche Premier dealer, we have all the certified Porsche parts and latest test equipment to keep your Porsche in peak condition. And for those of you who want to kick it up a notch, our service team is legendary for getting every ounce of performance out of your Porsche.

We know there’s never a good time to bring your car in for service. You’d rather be out driving it. Our goal is to get you back on the road as fast as possible. And, to communicate with you information about the work we’ll be doing, and a reasonable expectation of when it will be ready.
